OSK-ShipTech to develop concept design for Interislander newbuilds

FerryNew Zealand’s state-owned KiwiRail, operators of the Interislander ferry service between Wellington and Picton, has selected Danish naval architects OSK-ShipTech to develop the concept design of the company’s next-generation railway/ro-ro passenger ferries which should meet the company’s requirements well into the future and should be ready for service on the Cook Strait in 2024.
