Norled signs contract with Sembcorp Marine for three battery-powered ferries

FerrySembcorp Marine has been awarded its first ro-pax design and construction project after Norled signed a contract for three identical battery-powered ferries with the yard. The ferries, which will be delivered in 4Q 2020, will be specially tailored to Norled’s short-sea Hella-Vangsnes-Dragsvik connections in Norway.
