YardSiem Europe S.a.r.l. (Siem Europe), the owner of the financially troubled Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (FSG), has signed an agreement with Sapinda Holding B.V. to purchase 76% of the shares of FSG.
