Marianne F. Ånestad is an experienced leader with a solid background in strategic management, operational restructuring, and financial management in infrastructure companies. She has held several leading positions in the Lyse Group, including as CEO of Lyse NEO, CFO of Lnett AS, and most recently as Executive Vice President for Infrastructure and Circular Energy in Lyse AS. Prior to this, she held roles in consulting and auditing at DNB and Deloitte. Marianne will assume the position no later than 1 December 2025.
