Maelir AB acquires Rafael’s 17.1% share in Viking Line

FinanceIn a EUR 33.3 million deal, Maelir AB has acquired the 17.1% shareholdership Rafael held in Viking Line Abp. Following this transaction, Maelir AB controls 17.75% of the shares in Viking Line Abp, thereby becoming the largest individual shareholder of the company.
