(UPDATED) Kleven Verft files for bankruptcy - taken over by Green Yard

YardNorwegian shipbuilding and conversion specialist Kleven Verft, based in Ulsteinvik, has filed for bankruptcy. Owned by Croatia’s DIV Group, which also owns the Brodosplit shipyard in Split, Croatia, Kleven Verft was sold by Hurtigruten at the beginning of 2020 and the yard was expected to have a good future, undertaking joint projects with Brodosplit.
