Innovative Superfast Ferries founder Panagopoulos dies at 83

FerryShipping entrepreneur Pericles Panagopoulos, who died in Athens after a long illness, had few equals as an innovator in the cruise and ferry sectors as well as being a successful operator of dry bulk ships. He also emerged with dignity from an eight-day kidnapping drama in 2009.
