Fosen Yard becomes majority shareholder of Nordseewerke

YardFosen Yard, together with the investment group around Deutsche Industrieanlagen and Patrick Hennings-Huep, the previous owner of Nordseewerke Emden Shipyard, has entered into an agreement to establish Fosen Nordseewerke GmbH and jointly take over the ongoing business in Emden.
