Fincantieri to undertake major life extension project for Windstar Cruises’ three Star Class vessels

CruiseSeattle-based Windstar Cruises – part of the Xanterra Travel Collection – is to embark on a major USD 250 million life extension project to lengthen, re-engine and upgrade its three Star Class boutique sister ships at the Palermo yard of Italy’s Fincantieri over the period October 2019 and November 2020.
