Financing of the Fehmarn Tunnel shut down by CJEU

FerryThe Court of Justice of the European Union today 13 December cancelled the approval of the financing model for the fixed Fehmarn connection, making the project coming practically to a stop. The CJEU has thereby found for Scandlines in its appeal case.
