YardThe ongoing dispute between Transport Scotland/Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd (CMAL) and shipbuilder Ferguson Marine Engineering Ltd (FMEL) concerning the delivery of two LNG-powered ferries has become critical with the shipyard about to go into administration and the Scottish Government about to nationalise it.
