Eurotunnel wins GBP 33 million pay-out from UK Government over no-deal Brexit ferry contracts

FerryChannel Tunnel operator Eurotunnel has won a GBP 33 million pay-out from the British Government over its no-deal Brexit ferry contracts awarded at the end of 2018 in an agreement to settle a lawsuit over extra freight ferry capacity in the event of a no-deal Brexit. As part of the deal Eurotunnel has agreed to make some improvements to its terminal near Folkestone.
