DFDS to close down its Calais - Tilbury service
Ro-roDFDS’ service between Calais and Tilbury will cease with effect from 1 January 2024, citing operational difficulties and a challenging market development. Effective from Monday 18 December 2023, DFDS re-commence their unaccompanied trailer services between Calais and Dover. DFDS now offer both accompanied and unaccompanied services across the Channel through Dover-Dunkerque and Dover-Calais.
