DALMACIJA replaces MARKO POLO on Jadrolinija’s Italy routes
FerryIn its 2026 timetable, Jadrolinija will withdraw the ferry MARKO POLO, built in 1973, from the company’s international routes to Italy. The vessel, which has been operating for Jadrolinija since 1989, will instead be used exclusively on the company’s domestic route network within Croatia, the operator announced.
According to Jadrolinija, DALMACIJA, which was acquired from Fjord Line in 2024, where it previously operated as OSLOFJORD, will take on a central role in international traffic to Italy on the Split-Ancona, Dubrovnik-Bari, and Split-Bari routes.
