Construction starts on DFDS’s next-generation ro-pax ferries

FerryToday, 26 July, construction started at Guangzhou Shipyard International (GSI) on DFDS’s first of two ro-pax ferries designed for the Baltic routes from Klaipeda to Karlshamn and Kiel. It was DFDS’s Jens Monk Green Bro, Senior Site Superintendent, who pressed the button that started the steel plate cutting.
