CruiseOn Friday 1 February construction of ODYSSEY OF THE SEAS, Royal Caribbean International’s (RCI) second Quantum Ultra Class vessel, started when Michael Bayley, CEO of RCI, and Tim Meyer, Managing Director of Meyer Werft, pushed the start button of the computer-controlled steel cutting machine.
