Condor Ferries to be taken over by Columbia Threadneedle Investments and Brittany Ferries

FerryMacquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) has reached an agreement with Columbia Threadneedle European Sustainable Infrastructure (ESIF) and Brittany Ferries to sell Channel Island ferry operator Condor Ferries, whereby Brittany Ferries will hold an unspecified minority stake.
