Competition Commission approval of the merger process between Attica Holdings and ANEK
Attica Holdings S.A, based on the decision No. 827/2023 of the Competition Commission dated 3 August 2023, announced that the Plenary of the Competition Commission unanimously approved the relevant previous notification of the company for the merger through absorption of ANEK S.A. by Attica Holdings S.A.
Pursuant to the above mentioned approval, the merger is subject to the usual on such cases conditions and approvals of the competent corporate bodies.
