Collectivité Territoriale de Corse must pay EUR 20 million to Corsica Ferries

FerryThe Administrative Court of Marseille has ruled in favour of Corsica Ferries in a major case whereby the latter was requesting a first batch of EUR 30 million as part of the long-lasting court case between the Corsican administration and the Bastia-based operator.
