"This year is without competition the best year ever, and it has actually been a trend all year that the ferries' restaurants, where the money goes a long way, have attracted a lot of guests," says a satisfied CEO of Molslinjen, Kristian Durhuus.

The Christmas lunches are spread over the ferries AURORA and TYCHO BRAHE. At AURORA, guests are struck by the large, Swedish Christmas table, while the restaurant at TYCHO BRAHE offers the large buffet with Christmas flavor.

"The Swedish guests are in a clear majority, but the Danes are slowly starting to open their eyes to "tura" – that is, to stay on the ferry several trips back and forth, where you are not going anywhere, but instead use the ferry's restaurants, bars and shops as the actual destination of your trip," says Kristian Durhuus.

Christmas Eve itself is also very popular in the Aurora Wine & Dine restaurant, and in fact, the seats are so sought after that this special evening sells out already around February.
