FinanceAlthough not officialised, sources close to Italian maritime news website, Ship2Shore, understand that Caronte & Tourist has entered the share capital of BN di Navigazione, operating ferry links between Elba, Sardinia and Corsica under the Blu Navy banner. In the meantime, the Negri family-controlled Finsea decreased its share in BN di Navigazione to 46%.
