EHRENBERG SØRENSEN Kommunikation is looking for a skilled and proactive advisor with strong project management skills to join our Swedish team in Stockholm.

We are in pursuit of a new team member, who is fluent in stakeholder engagement, positioning and fully understands the intersection between media, business and politics as well as the role digital plays in shaping opinions and policy. In addition to that, our new team member should have an excellent command of Swedish, be proficient in English and with knowledge in German an added bonus.

The role of Public Affairs Advisor encompasses among other things:
• Proactively positioning our clients within the political arena, driving
their agenda and help shape policies
• Developing strategic communication plans as well as stakeholder
engagement plans together with our clients and our international team
• Coordinating and executing political initiatives including personal
meetings with political stakeholders with and on behalf of clients
• Acting as key account on Swedish and international clients as well as
managing larger internal projects
• Playing a significant role in our cross-border team focusing on
transport and mobility along with around 15 colleagues from Sweden,
Denmark and Germany

To be eligible for this position you have:
• A degree within political science, law, economics, journalism or
equivalent
• 3-5 years of working experience within public affairs and strategic
communication
• Experience from working within infrastructure and mobility
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• The ability to convert business challenges to specific political and
communicative solutions
• Strong language skills (fluency in Swedish and English, additional
languages an added bonus)
• Team spirit and a sense of responsibility towards your team members
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Previous agency experience is highly beneficial
