WSF receives funding for conversion of first of three Jumbo Mk II Class double-enders to hybrid-electric propulsion

FerryWashington State Ferries’ (WSF) plan to move towards a near zero-emission fleet is moving forward at pace with funding secured for the conversion of the first of three Jumbo Mk II Class vessels – the largest vessels in its fleet. At the same time, WSF has awarded the contract for the propulsion system upgrade to Siemens.
