VIKING CINDERELLA to resume cruises on 3 June
Viking Line's VIKING CINDERELLA will start its daily cruises from Stockholm to Mariehamn on 3 June 2021. The ship has been out of service since November 2020 due to the pandemic. Already at the end of April, VIKING CINDERELLA will resume sailings, initially operating the Stockholm-Åland-Turku line.
VIKING CINDERELLA, which normally makes a daily Stockholm-Mariehamn-Stockholm cruise, has been laid up in the Port of Södertälje since November 2020. The re-start of the cruises was earlier scheduled for mid-May, but has now been postponed due to the current infection situation and continued restrictions until 3 June 2021.
Starting on 20 April, VIKING CINDERELLA will make a guest appearance on the Stockholm- Åland -Turku route, among other things to replace VIKING GRACE during drydocking. VIKING CINDERELLA will initially carry freight only, but between 26 and 29 April, passengers will also be carried. Strict pandemic restrictions will apply on board, including mouth mask requirements for everyone and a limited range of services. For those who want to visit Finland, special entry requirements continue as well as proof of the necessity of the trip.
