News in pictures: PRIMULA SEAWAYS is being lengthened
So far, the lengthening project of the Danish ro-ro PRIMULA SEAWAYS in the Lloyd shipyard in Bremerhaven has evolved very successfully. The 30m long intersection has been inserted, and the ship is due to be ready on 9 August. Her lane meter capacity will increase from 3,800 to 4,650.
For Lloyd Werft this project is of particular importance, especially as an option for the extension of two other ferries has been agreed with DFDS. Furthermore, similar projects of European shipping companies are on the drawing tables.
