First steel cut for NIEUW STATENDAM
Yesterday the first steel was cut at Fincantieri’s Palermo shipyard for what will become Holland America Line’s NIEUW STATENDAM.
The second Pinnacle class vessel after KONINGSDAM (2016) is due for delivery in November 2018. The block currently under construction at Palermo will later be moved to Fincantieri’s Marghera shipyard where the ship will be built.
