Viking Line Abp: Notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act

Viking Line Abp has on 17 January 2022 received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Jakob Johansson, pursuant to which the aggregated ownership of Jakob Johansson and Maelir AB, a company controlled by him, has on 14 January 2022 increased above 20 percent of the shares and votes in Viking Line.

The aggregated share of ownership of Jakob Johansson and Maelir AB is according to the notification as follows:
