Popular Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel and Tallink Express Hotel welcome guests with several major updates following large-scale renovations

Major renovation and construction works have been successfully completed in the two popular Tallink hotels in the Estonian capital - the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel and Tallink Express Hotel. The works which began last autumn, were undertaken to modernise both hotels and to expand the ever popular Spa & Conference Hotel to having 300 hotel rooms.

Peter Roose, Member of the Management Board of Tallink Hotels noted that the visitor numbers of the Tallink hotels are growing vigorously year-by-year.  „Our customers are very loyal and visit us again and again. Doubtless, this is due to the excellent location of our hotels and also due to having one of the best hotel spas in the Estonian capital,“ Roose said. „We are very pleased indeed that having undertaken extensive renovation works in both these hotels, we are now  able to offer our customers an even more comfortable and pleasant stay as well as memorable experiences. And in response to an increasing demand, we are also able to offer a greater number of superior rooms which are in such a high demand in Tallinn“, Roose added.

As a result of extensive renovation works and brand new development, Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel now has expanded to having 300 hotel rooms in total. Due to high customer demand, as a result of the renovation works, there were 25 brand new Superior category rooms added to the existing ones and 37 Premium category rooms completely renovated.

Both the hotel lobby along with the lobby bar now attract visitors with a new modern classy interior design immersed in natural light and decorated using light colours. So too, the hotel’s restaurant Nero is completely redecorated and changes have been made also to the service concept. The hotel’s Aqua Spa is completed with a new lobby area where one can comfortably relax and enjoy a smoothie or soft drinks in the  plastic-free drink bar which offers a nice spot for relaxation before or after a visit to the spa or hotel’s beauty salon.  The new interior design for the Spa & Conference Hotel has been designed by the renowned Finnish design agency dSign Vertti Kivi &Co, who also designed the interior of Tallink’s shuttle vessel MEGASTAR.

The renovation works at the hotel will be continued this year with the aim to give a complete overhaul to the hotel’s conference centre.

As a result of the renovation works at the Tallink Express Hotel, the hotel received a new-look facade and a more spacious and a redecorated reception area along with the lobby bar where the visitors have at their disposal a completely unique self-service tap bar in Estonia, offering light alcoholic beverages such as beer, cider and long drink. The design for the lobby has been done by the Estonian architectural bureau Emil Urbel.
