Appointment of the new Security Agent
Moby announces that following the resignation of Unicredit SpA from its role as Security Agent and Agent under the Senior Facilities Agreement, GLAS Trust Corporation Limited has been appointed as Security Agent and Global Loan Agency Services Limited has been appointed as Agent by the Majority Lenders pursuant to a deed of resignation and appointment.

Publication of FY 2019 accounts On 17 March 2020, in response to the effects of COVID-19, the Italian Government enacted Law Decree no.18 of 2020 (the "CuraItalia Decree"). The CuraItalia Decree provides Italian companies with support designed to help businesses survive the effects of COVID-19. Under the CuraItalia Decree, Moby S.p.A. (the "Company") is able to extend the date of publication of the 2019 full year financial statements for up to 180 days following the end of the period. The Company will provide a further update on the expected publication of the 2019 full year accounts in due course, as appropriate.
