The new maritime route, between the ports of Alcúdia (Mallorca) and Ciutadella (Menorca), will initially be served by a high-speed ship, with a capacity for 400 passengers, 65 vehicles, and ro-ro cargo. In the next few days, the FAIRWEATHER fast-ferry will set sail for Alcúdia, where this regular shipping line will start on 30 May, linking the Majorcan port with the Minorcan port of Ciutadella.

Likewise, and as part of the firm commitment to this market by MENORCA LINES, it is planned that a second fast ferry will join the line, the CHENEGA, sister of the first and with the same capacity (400 passengers, 65 cars , and ro-ro cargo), in the near future.
