Ave Svarts, having 20 years of experience in the spheres of hospitality, catering and entertainment, joins Tallink Hotels from theatre Vanemuine, where for the last 12 years she has headed sales and marketing areas. Prior to joining Vanemuine theatre in 2008, in Tartu, Svarts launched and managed popular cafe Pierre from 2006-2008, and from 2002-2004, launched and managed hotel London. At  the hotel London, Svarts’ areas of responsibility included participation in the planning stages of the hotel; hotel launching, day-to-day running and management, including customer relations as well as concluding contracts, managing sales work, organising and monitoring hotel’s business operations, hiring and training personnel, organising events and much more.  From 1998 to 2002, Svarts held various positions at the Atlantis night club in Tartu, of which the last two as the general manager of the night club. Ave Svarts has graduated from the University of Tartu, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philology, majoring in the Estonian and Finno-Ugric Linguistics and Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Marko Männimets joins Tallink Hotels from Endover Real Estate company where he has held the position of Sales Director from May 2017 until present. In the sphere of hospitality, Männimets has been active since 2002, holding various positions in Reval Hotel Group from 2002 until 2010, his last held position there being the Sales Director for the group. In 2010, he founded eDream Management company and was at the helm of the company until 2016. eDream Management offers web-based booking systems and e-commerce solutions to hospitality companies. In 2016, Männimets founded his own company MM Business Advisory, which offers consultation and training services to companies. In addition to long term experience in the spheres of sales and marketing as well as development, Marko Männimets has graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in 2002 with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
