Scandro Holdings Ltd charters DALEELA for second consecutive year for Greece-Cyprus service

FerryOn request of the Cyprus’ Ministry of Shipping to have a connection throughout the summer period with Greece, Scandro Holdings Ltd (Aletehad Line) has for a second consecutive year decided to charter the ferry DALEELA from Arab Ship Management to take up the task.

DALEELA will go on a route between Piraeus and Limassol and Larnaca, starting at the beginning of June and last until September.

Scandro Holding Ltd has been established by two local Cypriot companies; the Limassol-based car carrier operator Acheon Akti Navigation and the Nicosia-based tour operator/travel agent Top Kinisis.

DALEELA was built by Japan’s Kanda Shipbuilding, in Hiroshima, as the NEW AKASHI, and was acquired by her current Jordanian owners from South Korean owners Grand Shipping Line in 2019, for which she operated as the GRAND PEACE.
