Palumbo Malta Shipyard completes SILVER CLOUD’s conversion

CruiseValletta-based Palumbo Malta Shipyard (PMS) has completed the complex conversion of Silversea’s pioneering, 1994-built SILVER CLOUD from a standard luxury cruise ship into an ice-class expedition cruise ship.
