MSC acquires majority stake in Gram Car Carriers
Ro-roMSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, through its subsidiary SAS Shipping Agencies Services Sàrl, has acquired 96.82% of Gram Car Carriers at a cash consideration of NOK 263.69 per share.
Settlement and completion of the offer will take place no later than 25 July 2024, subject to the remaining closing conditions.
Prior to the completion of the offer, the offeror does not own any shares in the company. Following completion of the offer, the offeror will own 28,352,400 shares in the company, representing approximately 96.82% of the share capital and voting rights of the company (including the 300,000 treasury shares owned by the company).
The offeror is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA, a company owned and managed by the Aponte family.
