FinanceTUI AG-controlled Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, a leading provider of luxury and expedition cruises in German-speaking markets, will become part of TUI Cruises, the 50:50 joint venture between TUI AG and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCL).
