Bandar Abadi launches newbuild for Jemla Ferry
FerryThe Indonesian shipyard Bandar Abadi has launched a 120-metre-long RoPax newbuild for Jemla Ferry. The newbuild, which will be delivered later this year, will be named SHANAYA.
This is the second time Jemla Ferry has received a newbuild from Bandar Abadi. The first was in 2020, when the yard delivered the 1,751 GT, 76-metre-long PARAMA KALYANI. Historically, Jemla Ferry has based most of its fleet on second-hand ferries originating from Japan.
