ALMUDAINA DOS earmarked for Gandia-Ibiza high-speed service
Trasmediterranea has announced that commencing April 12, it will operate the high-speed ferry ALMUDAINA DOS – a 1997 Fincantieri built high-speed monohull – between the Valencian port of Gandia to Sant Antoni in Ibiza, offering a 2.5-hour crossing.
Baleària seeks authorisation to operate the Almeria-Nador route
Baleària held a small ceremony on Saturday March 25 in Nador, on board the ferry NISSOS CHIOS, to state that they would be requesting authorisation to operate between Almeria and Nador.
Silversea’s SILVER CLOUD to be converted into expedition cruise vessel
In a major coup for its operations in the cruise ship refit market, Valletta-based Palumbo Malta Shipyards has won the contract to convert Silversea Cruises 16,927 GT cruise ship SILVER CLOUD into a Polar-class expedition vessel.
