UK ferry could be given to new operator

FerryIn a bid to keep open a historic UK passenger ferry link across the River Wyre between Fleetwood and Knott End, Lancashire County Council is prepared to hand over the 2005-built route vessel WYRE ROSE to a company willing to take on the operation.
