Stena Line extend their cooperation with Mercy Ships
FerryThe charity organisation that employs AFRICA MERCY (formerly operated by DSB and Scandlines as DRONNING INGRID) to offer free health care on board to some of the poorest in Africa, has now received extended support from Stena Line.
Stena Line will help to raise donations and awareness of the organisation and increase the interest for voluntary work within the organisation. Stena Line is also setting up a program to sponsor employees who want to volunteer on board AFRICA MERCY.
Since its foundation in 1978, Mercy ships have visited 570 ports in 70 countries and helped over 2.5 million people.
